This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. its convenient location near the airport made it extremely easy to travel to and from. Additionally, the hotel's staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with functional bathroom facilities and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the added bonus of having a balcony, perfect for enjoying the warm weather. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any requests. Our room was spacious and clean, with soft pillows and fresh towels. We loved that we were close to everything in the city, including Kuta beach and the airport. It was easy to walk around and explore the area. Plus, the aircon was ice-cold, which was a blessing in the heat.

During our Christmas vacation, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and spa services provided by the hotel. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. to that, the spacious and comfortable room was a plus.

The housekeeping left much to be desired as the room was not thoroughly cleaned. We noticed hair and other forgotten items behind the doors and in the bathroom.

Staff was nice, friendly and eager to please. Our room (superior double) was new and clean with large windows facing the pool. Pool and pool-area were nice and clean.

The location! The hotel is located alongside a road with heavy traffic and you have to cross the streets a couple of times to get there. On top of that there was road work going on, so the pavements were hardly walkable especially with a stroller. The balcony was very small, too small to use and, the rail felt as though it could fall out any minute, so we did not dare to have the doors open in case our 1,5 year old son would go out there. No lifts but, we were allowed to keep the stroller in the lobby, so it was no big problem for us.

The hotel had various negative aspects as well. Some of the rooms had unpleasant odors, and maintenance was lacking as evidenced by fixtures that needed repair and abundant cigarette butts and plastic trash outside of rooms.
